The Ritual

Draw a warm bath or step out of the shower. While your skin is still slightly damp, take a moment — no rushing. Pour a small amount of Calm into your palms, breathe in the lavender, and smooth it slowly over your arms, legs, and décolletage. Let the warmth of your skin do the rest. This is your signal to slow down.
